Organophilic bentonite, also known as organoclay, can be used as a non-soap thickening and rheology-control additive in suitable lubricating grease formulations. Hermano supplies organoclay grades for grease manufacturers seeking to develop or adjust grease structure, consistency, suspension behaviour, and storage stability. Grade selection should consider the base-oil type, polar activator where applicable, manufacturing process, target NLGI consistency, operating-temperature range, and the complete additive package.
